Approved payment (in Australian dollars) is required to prior to shipping of products or confirmed enrolment in courses. Various payment methods are accepted including cheque, money order (posted to IHF Webshop, PO Box 124, Bentleigh, Vic 3204) or cash (on–site).

For credit/debt card (MasterCard or Visa) payments via our secure online service, you will be directed to a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), a 128-bit encryption site for payment, provided by Eway.

After submitting your card details you will receive confirmation of your purchase via email and return to our website.

Products

Institute of Health and Fitness (IHF) products that are found to be faulty - IHF will provide a full refund or credit, following:

IHF is notified by the purchaser within 5 days of receipt of goods / products.

Faulty goods / products are returned immediately to IHF.
